your not a member of any clan, so how did you get a message from starclan?

i have traveled for many moons and came upon the place were you cats make leaders and your healers talk to starclan, that is were i learned to speak to starclan, and that is when they told me the prophecy.

Your not an Administrator. Are you even allowed to make a prophecy? If so then can you make a prophecy for Flames? He's a former rogue. He is only 1 moon old. When his rogue mother dies he goes searching for a new home. He nearly dies but is saved by Falconclan.
