Docstar padded over to her "Shhh" he mewed softly, nuzzling her and taking in her familiar scent he held so dear. "I'm sorry, I carried on but you", he looked about "your stuck and I can't help you" his gaze came back to her "WHy didn't you visit me once I'd left the clans?"

She ignored his last comment, and continued to look into the water. Another tar hit the surface, and for a split second reflected in the tear was the two cats, running as they once had in the forest. "I have to show you not to dwell in what has happened, but to look forward to what will happen." She meowed in a whisper, any cat would have had to strain to hear her words.

The beautifull she-cat ignored. "Though you may not forget it, you cannot dwell in it. You have a future. And every cat has a destainy. How ever small it may be." She looked into his eyes, her green ones meeting his. They were filled with pain. She knew what was going to happen to the forest. She knew what was going to happen to the tom she loved. She looked back into the pool. The surface started to ripple, colors slowly forming and shapes coming together.

"I am not the apprentice you once knew, Docstar. I knew the pain of death. I bore your kits and you lost them. lost them, Docstar!" She growled, turning to face him, flaming eyes booring into his soul. Suddenly, though, her gaze sofftened. "And you still love me. And them..." She meowed. The sleeping shape of Maplepaw, their only living daughter came into the pool. She turned her head away from it again. "I have told you my message." She meowed, turning and walking away. The sceanery behind her flashed. She walked and walked, then stopped. They were looking upon the FalconClan. It was burning, sending up ashes and smoke like nothing before it.

Docstar looked at her "I called Mapledane! I called and called until my pelt was burnt and my paws cracked, look!" he spun round to show th scars of the burns he'd suffered "I'm a good father! I came back" then he caught site of FalconClan "Poor Cheetastar" he mumured, "I'll help his clan"

"I know. I watched." She meowed, the tears in her eyes reflecting in the orange glow of the flames. "Docstar, I love you so much. You know I would do anything for you." She meowed, more herself than she had been.

She smiled warmly. Turning as if a rabbit being chased by a fox, she turned, laughing from Docstar and ran.
