Docstar turned over in his sleep, a mist started to gather around him and he could just the the extremly faint outline of a cat. He took a sharp intake of breath "Mapledance..."

The sweet sent of a she-cat floated through the air. She was sitting next to him suddenly, their tails intwined. The two cats were sitting on a large rock, the sound of the rain pitter-pattering on the mud surrounding them. It was the night they had met, so many seasons ago. They were their young selves again, Docpaw and Maplepaw. Thunder struck in the vally belwo them, but this time Mapledance did not jump in fright, instead sat and listened to it. "Can you hear it?" She meowed, her voive not coming just fron herself, but the thunder, the wind, the rain, echoing everywhere.

Docstar nodded "Yes Mapledance" he mumered, pressing his pelt to hers "I hear it" he took in the landscape, if he could change that night he wouldn't have. It had been perfect, showing both of their characters in one evening.

Suddenly their sceanery changed. They were standing on a hill overlooking the SunClan camp. Mapledance's old Camp. The sun was shining warmly, but there was tention in the air about the two young cats. This was the moon after, the day she had asked him to run away with her, into the mountains so they could escape the horror of the battle with PurityClan. "PurityClan have given us three suns to prepare. They will attack." Meowed her terrified voice. "Come with me. To the mountains." They were facing eachother this time, her eyes were swimming with fear, the same Maplepaw she had been once.

Pain filled Docstar and he felt his heart twist in agony, it was as if she didn't remember what had happened to them, up in the mountains. He bowed his head, he would do anything she asked "Yes Maplepaw" he mewed softl, looking at her with his warm, wise amber gaze "I will"

"We leave now..." Her voice echoed around the hills of SunClan as their backround changed again, Spinning and melting into four great oaks. They were at FourTrees. This was the place where Docpaw and Maplepaw had mated. She was laying on the ground next to him. They had just finished, and her eyes were glistening with love for the tom. "What do you think they will look like?" She meowed, her green eyes sparkeling. But behind the youthfull Maplepaw's green eyes were the star filled Mapledance's eyes. These were filled with pain, as much if not more than what what Docstar was feeling right now.

"And as handsome as you." She purred warmly, leaning over and licking his ear. Once more, for the second last time. They were laying in a valley, a small waterfall pounding near by. The air was stung by the sent of blood. Cat blood. This was the day Maplepaw gave birth, so many seasons ago.

"I can't do this again!" Docstar mewed in panic, cats bustled around him, familiar old scents "Please!"

As if ignoring his comment, the vision continued. "I love you, Docpaw. Take care of the kits..." meowed the weak voice of the dieing Maplepaw. There was only one more vision...
The colors of the world seemed to blend into eachother, creating a blurr of sceanery. This place was not fimillar to Docstar, but Mapledance knew it well. She was siting next to a pool of moonlit, calm water, reflecting in her eyes. She did not look at him. "I'm sorry you had to re-live that." She meowed quietly, the pool vissably rippeling with a small tear.
