Cheetahclaw walked out of the FalconClan territory, bluebreeze at his side. He kept silent, not knowing what to say.

Bluebreeze padded along beside him, their pelts brushing every so often. She stopped and looked up suddenly, fixing him with a piercing gaze "Is this what you want?" she mewed

Cheetahclaw looked at her thoughfully. "I don't know. But it's whats best. for all the Clan." He meowed, looking back forward and continuing to walk.

"I realize that, Buebreeze." He growled. He did not look at her as he spoke, but looked forward. The pounding sound of the Moonfall reached his ears. He shut his eyes with hunger and fear. His brown spotted pelt briefly brushed Bluebreezes as they rounded the hill, and caught sight of the Moonfall. "Beautifull, isn't it?" He meowed in awe.

Bluebreeze growled then looked up and inhaled sharply "Yes" she whispered

Cheetahclaw looked at her briefly, and sat down. "We must wait for the moon." He meowed, looking around. The sent of mouse reached his nose. It took all the spotted tom had not to lung at it and gulp it down.

Bluebreeze caught it and stashed it, "For you when it's over" she said softly, as it began to get colder to moved closer to him and put her nose in hi fur "I'm scared Cheetaclaw" she admitted quietly

He bent and licked her shoulder. "I know." He rumbled, sitting down and pressing his side agianst hers. He curled his tail over his paws and tried not to look at the mouse, though he was very greatfull for it.

The two cats sat side by side, the sound of the pounding waterfall filling their ears. The sun had set, bathing the waterfall and the hill they were on in a red light. But now, the sky was dark, and the moon was rising in the sky. The stars of Silverpelt were begnning to speckel the deep, velvert sky. Cheetahclaw stirred, getting up and slowly streching. For the first time isnce he had witnessed Blackstar die, Cheetahclaw could feel this was real. "It is time." He meowed in his deep voice. |

Bluebreeze sighed and got to her feet "Cheetaclaw..." she mewed, like she wanted to say something but she stopped herself and bowed her head and nodded, although she barely moved her head.
